Chiedza Nziramasanga is the Owner and Founder of Transformative Workplace Investigations, a workplace investigations firm. Her mission is to empower organizations to conduct workplace investigations with a commitment to equity, transparency, and accountability. Through workplace investigations, training, and consulting she helps organizations enhance employee trust, credibility and engagement throughout the investigative process, enabling them to gather comprehensive insights into workplace issues.
Drawing from a weath of experience as a former employment attorney, Chiedza brings a unique perspective to workplace dynamics. With years advocating for clients in cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage theft, she is adept in navigating the complexities of today's work environment.
Chiedza's passion lies in transforming workplace culture, creating an environment where both employees and organizations can thrive. 

Andrea Lising Paull

Owner and Principal Consultant
 
Andrea Paull, M.Ed., has been facilitating workshops centered on racial equity, building cultural capacity and transformation for the past 18 years, and has dedicated her life to supporting leaders who are committed to creating extraordinary results towards an equitable world. She has worked with Better Health Together, Seattle University, United Way, Forum for Theological Exploration, Everett Community College, Green River College, YMCAs of Snohomish County, and Treehouse, among others.
Andrea has worked in the education sector for 18 years, 8 of those focused on HR equity, and previously worked in the banking and real estate industries. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington, Seattle, and her Master’s in Education from Western Governors University.
As a certified, healing centered coach, Andrea personally focuses on empowering Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) to realize their full selves in a world that’s not necessarily made for them. She provides support to those who seek to successfully navigate the systems we currently operate in.
